Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have emerged as the backbone of the Indian economy. As a tribute to their achievements, Dun & Bradstreet and Axis Bank propose to felicitate leading SMEs of India for their invaluable contribution to our economy.

Business Gaurav SME Awards 2011 attempts to showcase the achievements of successful micro, small and medium enterprises from 12 SME-oriented sectors across the country. These are:
